How does it work?

  1. We connect over email and confirm your event date, frame preferences and learn about your floral selection.
  2. We email a purchase agreement to sign and an invoice directing you to our online checkout to pay your deposit to hold your spot.
  3. If you are dropping off your blooms, we will share our drop location and instructions. If you are shipping your blooms, we will share shipping instructions.
  4. We require full payment by the time we receive your flowers. We will not press any flowers until full payment has been received.
  5. Once your flowers are pressed, a member of our team will reach out via email with a mock up of your final arrangement for your approval.
  6. Your piece is framed and ready to be picked up or shipped. Cost of shipping will have been added to your final payment invoice.

Where are you located?

We are located in the South Riverdale neighbourhood of Toronto.

Do you offer drop-off and pick-up options?

Yes. We offer a drop-off option for your blooms no later than two days after your event.

We also offer a pick-up option for your finished piece. The exact address will be shared once your order is placed.

Do you ship?

We offer shipping across most of Canada. Flowered is not responsible for the cost of shipping. Cost of shipping the final product will be added to your final payment if required. You are responsible for arranging the shipping of your bouquet to Flowered.

Can I ship my bouquet to you?

Yes. We do accept shipped bouquets but we must receive the bouquet no later than three days after your event. Bouquets received later may not be workable or returnable.

Do you do colour correction?

We do not do any colour correction with paints or enhancers. As pressing flowers alters the original structure and colour of the bloom, fading and discolouration can be expected.

For example white flowers can turn brown or be more yellow in colour. Reds can turn brown and pinks can turn red.

How do I book in my bouquet to be pressed?

Once you inquire, our team will follow up and gather some information including confirming your event date and will reserve you a spot.

We require a non-refundable deposit of 150 CAD to hold your spot as we are a small team and have limited presses.

How long does it take?

You can expect your final piece to be completed 4-6 months after your event date.
